There are three LC-MS systems that we use daily in the Proteomics Core Facility. Two are Thermo Scientific instruments, the Fusion Lumos/Ultimate 3000 and Exploris 480/Ultimate 3000, and one is Bruker, the timsTOF HT/EvoSep. There are three Amino Acid Analyzers. There are two robots utilized in sample preparation protocols.
