Summer Short Courses

Did you know we offer a week-long summer short course every year. Usually, these are attended by 20-25 people from around the country. It is an intensive hands-on course where you generate and analyze bottom up shotgun and targeted proteomics data.

The UC Davis Genome Center is pleased to announce our 2018 Proteomics Short Course (Sep 10 – Sep 14)

This introductory proteome analysis workshop is designed to expose participants to fundamental technology platforms and current methodologies in the field of mass spectrometry-based proteomics. The week will include a combination of equal parts hands-on laboratory work, lectures and interactive data analysis.

This year we are pleased to announce a new lower cost for Graduate students!
