Using Targeted Proteomics to reveal protein dynamics

 

This is an interesting application where Bisson et al used targeted proteomics to quantify changes in protein-protein interactions with a protein they pulled-down using immuno-precipitaion.  This is a nice application, but I would like to have seen some experiments that demonstrate they were working in the linear working range of their detector.
