  • All Classes are limited to 5 people and will be rescheduled if less than 2 people sign up

Classes

Data Analysis I

  • This class covers basic data interpretation of small to large datasets using the software Scaffold, x!tandem and Mascot
  • Offered the first Tuesday of the Month @ 2 pm room 1414 GBSF
  • Instructor = Brett S. Phinney Ph D.
  • Length = 1.5 hours

Data Analysis II

  • This Class covers advanced MS/MS interpretation including manual confirmation and de novo sequencing
  • Offered the Second Tuesday of the Month
  • Instructor = Young-Jin lee , Ph D. and Michelle Salemi

Sample Prep I (ingel Digestion)

  • This Class covers the technique of digestion gel bands for subsequent Mass spec analysis.
